It has been a record-breaking year for dotsure.co.za’s Soft Landings feeding scheme, established to make a difference in people’s lives and inspire others to do the same. In 2021, the initiative provided 1,319,670 meals across various communities, breaking 2020’s record.
How was this achieved?
Every time a dotsure.co.za client bought a motor or warranty policy online, dotsure.co.za donated 20 meals to people in need.
Soft Landings is not new to philanthropic work; it has been packing and distributing food parcels since 1995. It has garnered the support of many volunteers from the various companies that support the initiative and help us pay it forward.
dotsure.co.za COO David Roache, echoed the company’s commitment towards providing Soft Landings to those in need by saying: “It’s been a challenging year for most people and we all have a responsibility to give back and ensure that the most vulnerable people in our communities are taken care of. dotsure.co.za is proud to support initiatives such as Soft Landings, which help feed millions of people.”
In 2022, Soft Landings is working towards improving on 2021’s record by providing more than 1.5-million meals.
