1. Any reference in these terms and conditions to dotsure.co.za refers to Dotsure Limited (Registration number 2006/000723/06) a licensed non-life insurer and an authorised financial services provider (FSP39925).

2. To be eligible for the discount, you must be:

2.1  a permanent resident of the Republic of South Africa;

 

2.2  above the age of 18 (eighteen) years old; and

 

2.3  a member of the following Facebook group: Pekingese Lovers - South Africa.

3. For the avoidance of doubt, the discount offer will only be available to members of the Pekingese Lovers - South Africa Facebook group who do not have a pet insurance policy with dotsure.co.za yet.

4. The discount offer will only be available on a once-off basis to qualifying policyholders for a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date that the offer was posted on the following Facebook group: Pekingese Lovers - South Africa.

5. The discount offer entitles a qualifying policyholder to a 50% (fifty percent) discount on their pet insurance plan premium (pro-rata premium and VAPS excluded), for the first 2 (two) months of their pet insurance policy.

6. All applications for insurance made via the dotsure.co.za website are subject to and must comply with dotsure.co.za’s normal approval criteria and are governed by the normal terms and conditions that applies to the requested product. The full terms and conditions are contained within dotsure.co.za’s policy documents.

7. dotsure.co.za reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify these terms and conditions or to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this discount offer with or without prior notice. The decision of dotsure.co.za in all matters under its control is final and binding.

8. dotsure.co.za shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation, or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
