1. Any reference in these terms and conditions to ‘dotsure.co.za’ refers to Dotsure Limited (Registration number 2006/000723/06), a licensed non-life insurer and authorised financial services provider (FSP39925).
2. Participants are required to submit valid leads and in return they will receive R1000 (one thousand Rand) cash, paid directly into their personal bank account for every 5 (five) valid leads.
3. To be eligible for the R1000 (one thousand Rand) cash, you must:
3.1. be a South African citizen or a permanent resident in the Republic of South Africa, aged 18 (eighteen) years or older, and currently an employee of a registered South African Vet Practice in the Western Cape;
3.2. obtain consent from the applicable customer to share their details with dotsure.co.za; and
3.3. submit 5 (five) valid leads by means of one of the following channels:
3.3.1. via the landing page: https://www.dotsure.co.za/vet-leads; or
3.3.2. via email to duncan@dotsure.co.za; or
3.3.3. via WhatsApp by sending a photo of a completed referral card to your Dotsure WhatsApp Group or Duncan on 084 320 0790.
4. For the avoidance of doubt, a valid lead means a lead in respect of which correct and complete contact information (email and cell phone number) was submitted to dotsure.co.za, the lead agreed to being contacted and the lead does not have an existing pet insurance policy with dotsure.co.za for that specific pet already.
5. The referral fee of R1000 (one thousand Rand) will only be available from 1 March 2025 to 31 March 2025, subject to clause 3, thereafter the normal referral fee of R500 (five hundred Rand) will be applicable.
6. Qualifying participants shall receive the R1000 (one thousand Rand) cash directly into their personal bank account after submitting the required registration documentation to dotsure.co.za. The latter which include, but is not limited to, a copy of the participant’s South African identity document and confirmation of bank account into which the referral fees should be paid (e.g. a bank confirmation letter or a bank statement). Payments will be made in the first week of the month following the month in which the valid lead(s) were submitted to dotsure.co.za.
7. We will respond to any questions or queries about the referral campaign via duncan@dotsure.co.za.
8. Multiple leads will be permitted, however, fraudulent, and duplicate leads will not be considered. For the avoidance of doubt a duplicate lead shall be a lead which is already in the dotsure.co.za system, received from another channel or from the same participant.
9. dotsure.co.za reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify these terms and conditions or to discontinue this referral campaign, temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice. The decision of dotsure.co.za in all matters under its control is further final and binding.
10. ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
