1. Any reference in these terms and conditions to “dotsure.co.za” refers to Dotsure Limited (Registration number 2006/000723/06) a licensed non-life insurer and an authorised financial services provider (FSP39925).

2. The referral campaign will run from 08:00 on Monday, 01 May 2023 until 18:00 on Wednesday, 31 May 2023. Only valid referrals received between these dates will be counted towards the referral fee.

3. For the avoidance of doubt, valid successful comprehensive motor referral means a referral received from a dealer, where the referral has successfully accepted a quote, installed the SmartBox and dotsure.co.za successfully collected the first full premium.

4. For the avoidance of doubt, valid means correct and complete contact information (email and cell phone number), the referral agreed to being contacted and the referral does not have a comprehensive motor policy with dotsure.co.za already.

5. All standard payment rules will apply the only difference being that the referral fee will be an increased referral fee of R2,000 (two thousand Rand).

6. The referral fees will be paid out after the campaign has come to an end, subject to clause 8, and will be made available to participants by 30 November 2023.

7. Multiple referrals will be permitted, however, fraudulent, and duplicate referrals will not be considered. For the avoidance of doubt a duplicate referral shall be a referral which is already in the dotsure.co.za system, received from another channel or from the same participant.

8. dotsure.co.za reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify these terms and conditions or to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this referral campaign with or without prior notice. The decision of dotsure.co.za in all matters under its control is further final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event of such termination, participants will be entitled to referral fees already earned but will have no further claims for referral fees that would have been earned after the date of termination.

9. ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
