1. Any reference in these terms and conditions to ‘dotsure.co.za’ refers to Dotsure Limited (Registration number 2006/000723/06), a licensed non-life insurer and an authorised financial services provider (FSP39925).

2. dotsure.co.za will be launching an indefinite referral campaign commencing January 2019. Participants shall be required to submit valid leads via one of the following channels: the following landing page: https://www.dotsure.co.za/vet-leads, or via a referral card that is sent via WhatsApp to their dedicated representative or via a referral card that is emailed to their dedicated representative, in return they will receive R500 (five hundred Rand) cash for every 5 (five) valid leads.

3. To be eligible for the R500 (five hundred Rand) cash, you must:

3.1  be a South African citizen or a permanent resident in the Republic of South Africa, aged 18 years or older, and currently an employee of a registered South African Vet Practice;

3.2  obtain consent from the applicable customer to share their details with dotsure.co.za; and

3.3  submit 5 (five) valid leads by means of one of the below channels:

3.3.1  via the following landing page: https://www.dotsure.co.za/vet-leads; or

3.3.2  via a referral card that is provided via WhatsApp to their dedicated representative; or

3.3.3  via a referral card that is emailed to their dedicated representative.

4. For the avoidance of doubt, valid means correct and complete contact information (email and cell phone number), the lead agreed to being contacted and the lead does not have a plan with dotsure.co.za for that specific pet already.

5. Qualifying participants shall receive the R500 (five hundred Rand) cash via their reloadable PayDNA debit card. Payments will be made twice a month, first during the middle of the month in which the 5 (five) valid leads were received and secondly during the first week of the month following the month in which the 5 (five) valid leads were received.

6. We will respond to any questions or queries about the referral campaign via your dedicated dotsure.co.za representative.

7. Multiple leads will be permitted, however, fraudulent, and duplicate leads will not be considered. For the avoidance of doubt a duplicate lead shall be a lead which is already in the dotsure.co.za system, received from another channel or from the same participant.

8. dotsure.co.za reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify these terms and conditions or to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this referral campaign with or without prior notice. The decision of dotsure.co.za in all matters under its control is further final and binding.

9. ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
