1. Any reference in these terms and conditions to ‘dotsure.co.za’ refers to Dotsure Limited (Registration number 2006/000723/06), a licensed non-life insurer and authorised financial services provider (FSP39925).

2. dotsure.co.za launched an indefinite referral campaign which commenced in January 2019. Participants are required to submit valid leads via the following landing page: https://www.dotsure.co.za/breederprogramme, and in return they will receive a referral fee for every valid lead.

3. For the avoidance of doubt, a valid lead means a lead in respect of which correct and complete contact information (email and cell phone number) was submitted to dotsure.co.za, the lead agreed to being contacted and the lead does not have an existing pet insurance policy with dotsure.co.za for that specific pet already.

4. This campaign in respect of which these terms and conditions apply is applicable only to breeders that have been approached directly by dotsure.co.za and have not participated in any of dotsure.co.za’s breeder referral programmes, including the programme referred to in 2 above, prior to this one (“Qualifying Breeders”).

5. To be eligible for the R400 (four hundred Rand) cash, a Qualifying Breeder or the representative of the Qualifying Breeder that refers the lead must:

5.1  be a South African citizen or a permanent resident in the Republic of South Africa, aged 18 (eighteen) years or older and an active South African breeder;

5.2  obtain consent from the applicable customer to share their details with dotsure.co.za; and

5.3  submit a valid lead via the following landing page: https://www.dotsure.co.za/breederprogramme.

6. The referral fee of R400 (four hundred Rand) will only be available from 1 March 2024 to 30 June 2024 to Qualifying Breeders, subject to Clause 5, thereafter the normal referral fee of R200 (two hundred Rand) will be applicable.

7. Qualifying Breeders or the representative of the Qualifying Breeder that refers the lead shall receive the R400 (four hundred Rand) cash directly into their bank account after submitting the required registration documentation to dotsure.co.za. The latter which include, but is not limited to, a breeder registration form, a copy of the Qualifying Breeder’s (or the representative of the Qualifying Breeder that refers the lead) South African identity document, and confirmation of bank account into which the referral fees should be paid (e.g. a bank confirmation letter or a bank statement). Payments will be made in the first week of the month following the month in which the valid lead(s) were submitted to dotsure.co.za.

9. Multiple leads will be permitted, however, fraudulent, and duplicate leads will not be considered. For the avoidance of doubt, a duplicate lead shall be a lead which is already in the dotsure.co.za system, received from another channel or from the same participant.

10. dotsure.co.za reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify these terms and conditions or to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this referral campaign with or without prior notice. The decision of dotsure.co.za in all matters under its control is further final and binding.

11. ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
