1. Any reference in these terms and conditions to ‘dotsure.co.za’ refers to Dotsure Limited (Registration number 2006/000723/06), a licensed non-life insurer and an authorised financial services provider (FSP39925).

2. The referral campaign will run from 08:00 on Wednesday, 01 October 2025 to 18:00 on Friday, 31 October 2025.

3. To qualify for the prize:

• • you must be an existing dotsure.co.za dealer;

• • you must have had a valid successful referral within the last 6 (six) months;

• • you must refer a dealer who has not had a valid successful referral in the last 3 (three) months; and

• • the referred dealer must submit a valid successful referral.

4. For the avoidance of doubt, valid means correct and complete contact information was provided (email and cell phone number), the referral agreed to being contacted and the referral does not have a comprehensive vehicle insurance policy or a mechanical warranty policy with dotsure.co.za already.

5. Please note that a successful referral means the referred client has taken up a comprehensive vehicle insurance policy with dotsure.co.za, installed the SmartBox within the required 14 (fourteen) days from the start of their policy OR has taken up a dotsure.co.za mechanical warranty policy and dotsure.co.za has successfully collected the first full premium for either policy (pro-rata premium excluded).

6. The prize will be a Pick n Pay, Takealot or Checkers voucher to the value of R500 (five hundred Rand). Please note that there are a limited number of vouchers available, which will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis to the qualifying participants, until end of September 2025.

7. The vouchers will be sent to qualifying participants after they have complied with clause 3, subject to clause 9, by no later than 30 November 2025.

8. Multiple referrals will be permitted, however, fraudulent, and duplicate referrals will not be considered. For the avoidance of doubt, a duplicate referral shall be a referral which is already in the dotsure.co.za system, received from another channel or from the same participant.

9. dotsure.co.za reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify these terms and conditions or to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this referral campaign with or without prior notice. The decision of dotsure.co.za in all matters under its control is further final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event of such termination, participants will be entitled to normal referral fees already earned.

10. ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
