1. To be eligible for the discount, you must be:

a) A permanent resident of the Republic of South Africa;

b) Above the age of 18 (eighteen) years old; and

c) A current Hill’s customer.

2. For the avoidance of doubt, the discount offer will only be available to qualifying policyholders whose policies incept between 08 September 2022 and 30 November 2022.

3. The discount offer entitles a qualifying policyholder to a 50% (fifty percent) discount on their pet insurance plan premium (pro-rata premium and VAPS excluded), for the first month of their pet insurance policy.

4. All applications for insurance made via the dotsure.co.za website are subject to and must comply with dotsure.co.za’s normal approval criteria and are governed by the normal terms and conditions that applies to the requested product. 5. dotsure.co.za reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this discount offer with or without prior notice. The decision of dotsure.co.za in all matters under its control is final and binding.

6. dotsure.co.za shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation, or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
