1. Any reference in these terms and conditions to “dotsure.co.za” refers to Dotsure Limited (Registration number 2006/000723/06) a licensed non-life insurer and an authorised financial services provider (FSP39925).

2. The referral campaign period will run from 15:00 on Tuesday, 27 August 2024 until 18:00 on Monday, 30 September 2024.

3. The different entry mechanisms and prizes will be as follows:

a) For every 2 (two) valid successful warranty referrals received during the campaign period, you will be eligible to receive R500 (five hundred Rand) on top of the referral fee.

b) For every 3 (three) valid successful warranty referrals received during the campaign period, you will be eligible to receive R1 000 (one thousand Rand) on top of the referral fee.

c) For every dealer you refer that has not had a valid successful referral in the last 6 (six) months and the referred dealer submits a valid successful referral, you will receive R500 (five hundred Rand).

4. Please note that normal payment processes will apply to the above.

5. For the avoidance of doubt, a valid successful warranty referral means a referral received from a dealer, where the referral has successfully accepted a quote and dotsure.co.za successfully collected the first full premium.

6. For the avoidance of doubt, valid means correct and complete contact information (email and cell phone number), the referral agreed to being contacted and the referral does not have a warranty policy with dotsure.co.za already.

7. Multiple referrals will be permitted, however, fraudulent, and duplicate referrals will not be considered. For the avoidance of doubt a duplicate referral shall be a referral which is already in the dotsure.co.za system, received from another channel or from the same participant.

8. dotsure.co.za reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify these terms and conditions or to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this referral campaign with or without prior notice. The decision of dotsure.co.za in all matters under its control is further final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event of such termination, participants will be entitled to normal referral fees already earned.

9. ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
