1. Any reference in these terms and conditions to “dotsure.co.za” refers to Dotsure Limited (Registration number 2006/000723/06), a licensed non-life insurer and an authorised financial services provider (FSP39925).

 

2. The competition will run from 09:00 to 18:00 on Wednesday, 6 August 2025 (“competition period”).

 

3. To enter into the competition, participants will have to answer all the questions to the quiz correctly during the competition period. Please note that you will have one opportunity to complete the quiz. For the avoidance of doubt, all participants who have answered all the questions correctly will be entered into the competition.

 

4. There will be 3 (three) winners chosen from the entries received.

 

5. The winners will be selected by means of a system generated random draw.

 

6. All entrants must use their correct personal details to enter.

 

7. The winners will be announced via email by 30 September 2025.

 

8. The prizes shall be a Panarottis voucher to the value of R100 (one hundred Rand) for each qualifying winner drawn.

 

9. Entry is free of charge.

 

10. There is no automatic prize for entering.

 

11. The prizes must be collected from the Marketing Department.

 

12. The winners will be notified via an e-mail from a dotsure.co.za representative.

 

13. The prize is non-transferable and there are no other alternatives.

 

14. Fraudulent entries will not be allowed. dotsure.co.za reserves the right to disregard these entries.

 

15. We will respond to any questions or queries about the competition via asandan@dotsure.co.za.

 

16. dotsure.co.za accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of taking part in the competition. dotsure.co.za further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the competition.

 

17. dotsure.co.za reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice. The decision of dotsure.co.za in all matters under its control is final and binding.

 

18. dotsure.co.za shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation, or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

 

19. The competition will be governed by South African law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

 

20. ALL ENTRANTS WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
