1. Any reference in these terms and conditions to ‘dotsure.co.za’ refers to Dotsure Limited (Registration number 2006/000723/06), a licensed non-life insurer and authorized financial services provider (FSP39925).

2. This campaign will run from 08:00 on Wednesday, 22 November 2023 to 17:00 on Thursday, 30 November 2023.

3. This campaign shall apply in every region in the Republic of South Africa, excluding KwaZulu-Natal and the Eastern Cape region.

4. Participants may submit valid leads and will in return receive R750 (seven hundred and fifty Rand) cash for every 5 (five) valid leads. For the avoidance of doubt, a valid lead means a referral in respect of which correct and complete contact information (email and cell phone number) was submitted to dotsure.co.za, the lead agreed to being contacted and the lead does not have an existing Pet Insurance Policy with dotsure.co.za for that specific pet.

5. To be eligible for the R750 (seven hundred and fifty Rand) cash, you must:

a) be a South African citizen or a permanent resident in the Republic of South residing in the regions mentioned in clause 3, currently an employee of a South African Vet Practice and aged 18 years and over;

b) obtain consent from the applicable customer to share their details with dotsure.co.za; and

c) submit 5 (five) valid leads by means of one of the below channels:

i)   via the following landing page: https://www.dotsure.co.za/vet-leads; or

ii)  via a referral card that is provided via WhatsApp to their dedicated representative; or

iii) via a referral card that is emailed to their dedicated representative.

6. Should the lead take up a Pet Insurance Policy with dotsure.co.za, they will receive 50% off the premium for the first month of cover.

7. Qualifying participants shall receive their R750 (seven hundred and fifty Rand) via their reloadable PayDNA debit cards. Payments will be made during the month in which the 5 (five) leads were received and during the first week of the month following the month in which the 5 (five) valid leads were received.

8. We will respond to any questions or queries about the referral campaign via your dedicated dotsure.co.za representative.

9. Multiple leads will be permitted; however, fraudulent, incomplete and duplicate leads will not be considered. For the avoidance of doubt, a duplicate lead shall be a lead which is already in the dotsure.co.za system, received from another channel or from the same participant and an incomplete lead will be a lead in respect of which all details required on the landing page was not included.

10. dotsure.co.za reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify these terms and conditions or to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this referral campaign with or without prior notice. The decision of dotsure.co.za in all matters under its control is further final and binding.

11. ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
