What are the qualifying criteria to get my car covered?
Your car must not be older than 15 years and must have less than 300,000km on the clock at the start of your policy. Your car must also have an up-to-date service history when you start your policy, and if it's not up to date, you will have 30 days to get your car serviced and provide us with the proof of service.
What is an Industry-recognised specialist service centre or workshop?
An automobile specialist with full repair and service facilities, for example AA or RMI-accredited workshops – meaning the centre is trustworthy and their rates are in line with the market standard.
