Does this plan cover Maintenance parts, such as brake pads and/or disks, wiper blades, battery etc?

We do not cover any maintenance parts such as brake pads and/or brake disks, wiper blades, battery etc. as these would be covered under a maintenance plan. But, if you have an unforeseen mechanical failure or electrical fault, we’ll be there to help you.

What is an RMI approved service centre or mechanic?

RMI refers to the Retail Motor Industry Organisation. RMI approval ensures a service centre is accredited and adheres to the RMI Consumer Code of Conduct – meaning the centre is trustworthy and their rates are in line with the market standard.

Please note that you may have your vehicle serviced/repaired at any independent registered service provider, having due regard for your warranty requirements.
