Vet Appreciation Month Social Competition
Only South African citizens or those permanently residing in the
Republic of South Africa, aged 18 years and over, may enter the
competition.
The entire competition will run from 00:00 on Friday 02 October 2020
to 00h00 on Saturday 31 October 2020.
To be entered into the competition, you must share a story about why
you love/ appreciate your vet.
To be eligible for the weekly draw, entrants must share their
stories by commenting on dotsure.co.za’s Vet Appreciation Awareness
Month competition post (pinned to the top of the page). The
competition starts 02 October 2020 and ends 00h00 31 October 2020.
Stories received after 00h00 the 31st of October 2020 will not be
considered for the draw.
Multiple entries per person will not be permitted.
All entrants must use their own correct personal details and
personal social media accounts to enter.
Entry is free.
There is no automatic prize for entering.
The weekly winner will be determined by a random lucky draw that
will take place and be announced every Monday for the duration of
the competition. All entries will remain in the weekly draw. Entries
received after 00:00 on 31 October 2020 will not be considered. The
draws will take place on 12 October 2020, 19 October 2020, 26
October 2020 and the final winner will be announced on 02 November
2020. The winner will be notified via a private message or a phone
call from a dotsure.co.za representative before 5pm each Wednesday
following the draw with detailed instructions on how to redeem the
cash prize.
The weekly prize consists of a R1 500 cash prize for the winning
entrant and a R1 500 cash prize for the vet nominated by the winning
entrant.
BONUS: Should the winner have completed an online pet insurance
quote or be a current policy holder of dotsure.co.za, the prize
money will be doubled. To qualify, the quote must have been
completed before the time of the draw or the policy must be
active for more than 30-days and paid up to date at the time of
the draw. The winner will have to provide dotsure.co.za with
proof of identification.
The prize is non-transferable and there is no other alternative
Fraudulent and duplicate entries will not be allowed. dotsure.co.za
reserves the right to disregard these entries in its sole
discretion, which decision will be final.
By accepting the terms and conditions, all participants consent to
their names being published on dotsure.co.za’s Facebook page,
dotsure.co.za’s Instagram account and the monthly dotsure.co.za
newsletter. Should the winner not want their first name published,
they must inform dotsure.co.za in writing at least 24 hours prior to
the date that the winners will be published as indicated in 8 above.
All employees, directors, members, consultants, partners or agents
of Badger Holdings (Pty) Ltd or its subsidiaries are not eligible to
enter this competition, nor are any of their immediate family
members.
dotsure.co.za accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss,
liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as
a result of taking part in the Competition. dotsure.co.za further
disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other
person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or
downloading any materials in connection with the Competition.
dotsure.co.za reserves the right at any time and from time to time
to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this
Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its
control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated,
suspected or actual fraud). The decision of dotsure.co.za in all
matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence
will be entered into.
dotsure.co.za shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its
obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its
reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be
limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike,
industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil
commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any
other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
The Competition will be governed by South African law and entrants
submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

by, or associated with, Facebook or Google.
ALL ENTRANTS WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
