As many times as you like, as long as the claims fall within your specified cover and annual limits. To view your policy limits, please refer to your policy schedule. If you need to download your schedule, you can find it on your Manage Portal.

Sterilisation is covered up to a specific limit, but only under our wellness benefits which are included on our Superior and Ultimate Plans. Should a vet advise that sterilisation is medically required, it could be covered under our Illness Plan given submission of a valid claim and required supporting documentation. Please keep in mind that every claim is considered on its own merits.

Unfortunately, pre-existing and congenital conditions won’t be covered.
