dotsure.co.za Pet Insurance Policy Discount Terms and Conditions applicable to KUSA members

10% OFF PREMIUM FOR LIFE:

  1. To be eligible for the discount, you must be:
    1. a. Permanently resident in the Republic of South Africa; and,
    2. b. Be a current and paid up member of the Kennel Union of Southern Africa (KUSA)
  2. Dotsure may request proof of your membership before the policy incepts.
  3. The discount offer will be available to policies that incepts on or before 31 October 2021. The discount will not apply to Dotsure policies which incepted before 1 November 2020.
  4. The discount offer entitles a qualifying policyholder to a 10% discount on their full policy premiums (pro-rata premiums excluded) for as long as they have an active pet policy with dotsure.co.za.
  5. All applications for insurance made via the dotsure.co.za Portal are subject to and must comply with dotsure.co.za’s normal approval criteria and are governed by the normal terms and conditions applying to each product requested. Full terms and conditions are contained within dotsure.co.za’s policy documents (which include a policy schedule or certificate of insurance, policy wording and Disclosure Statement and Important Information about Us). These can be accessed at any time on the dotsure.co.za Portal.
  6. No employees, directors, members, consultants, partners or agents of Badger Holdings (Pty) Ltd or its subsidiaries will be eligible for this discount, nor any of their immediate family members.
  7. dotsure.co.za reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of dotsure.co.za in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. dotsure.co.za shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
