Here’s how to submit a pet claim in three easy steps.
STEP 1: TAKE YOUR PET TO THE VET
You’re free to visit any licensed vet in South Africa. While you’re there, be sure to ask your vet to complete Section 3 on the Claim Form and to provide you with an invoice.
Note: Both documents must be stamped and signed by your vet.
STEP 2: SEND US YOUR CLAIM
Pay your bill at the vet at the time of treatment, then send us your Claim Form along with an invoice from the visit.
Note: To process your claim and maximise your reimbursement, we must have an itemised invoice to show the charges broken down and not just a total cost.
STEP 3: GET REIMBURSED QUICKLY
Once we’ve received the information, you’ll receive conﬁrmation that your claim is being processed along with a claim number and the direct contact details of your claim handler, in case you have any further questions regarding your claim. It takes us approx. 48 hours to do our thing once we have your documents.
Note: A complete Claim Form will help you get the fastest reimbursement possible.You will be reimbursed according to your selected plan, less any applicable excess, faster than a beagle can sniff out a treat.
